ADVANCED EMBROIDERY has access to a number of state-of-the-art embroidery machines and has recently expanded its embroidery capacity by adding access to a twelve color stitch with 6 head capability system. Our embroidery equipment is constantly being calibrated and services to insure accurate stitching. Additional costs may incur such as re-sizing from a left chest design to using the design for a cap.

Limitations of Embroidery
Size Limitations
It is advised to make a left chest design no larger than 4 inches wide as the design will fall into the armpit.
Letters cannot be embroidered less than 3/16th of an inch. Lower case letter can be changed into uppercase
Ways to change design dimensions include:
Change Lower case lettering into uppercase.
Eliminate some of the letters or place the letters on 2 or more lines.
Arc the lettering around the logo.

Digitizing
Pricing is based both on the complexity and stitch count and is a one time charge. A typical left chest logo is approximately 5,000 stitches and ranges between $35 and $150. Corrections will be made at no charge as long as the sample is not sewn or the design is not altered. Additional costs will incur if a change in the design is made after the sample is sewn or if the dimensions of the design are changed drastically.
